With bright, colorful backdrops and an open layout, Studio Lavonne is the perfect place to host your next session. Conveniently situated in the heart of Western New York, we offer a welcoming environment for photographers, videographers, and small events. Whether you're a local professional or visiting the area, the studio provides everything you need to create stunning visuals or just a space to come work alongside other creatives.

Frequently asked questions
Studio Lavonne & Community is located at 56 Harvester Ave, Batavia, NY 14020. The building is easy to spot by the yellow "The Harvester" sign above the double glass doors. Once inside, head to the third floor via the elevator, and the studio is the first door on your left. You will receive directions on arrival and entering the building before your scheduled booking date.
WHAT IS THE BOOKING / CANCELLATION POLICY?
BOOKING: Date and Time must be selected upon booking. Rentals are not officially booked without 100% payment and contract signed within 24 hours.
RESCHEDULING: If a reschedule is needed, please contact Brittany for current availability. If no current availability within a 7 day period, a new booking will be required.
CANCELLATIONS: If for any reason Renter cancels this Agreement before the rental date, Renter must notify Company via email. Company will keep $25/hour of the original reservation fee as liquidated damages and refund the remaining to Renter.
WHAT HAPPENS IF i LOSE THE KEYS?
Loss of keys will result in a $50 fee at which must be paid within 24 hours of rental.
CAN I DROP OFF PROPS OR COME EARLY TO SET UP FOR MY PHOTOSHOOT?
No. If extra time is needed for set up/break down, please account for that time during the booking process. It is better to have extra time than not, especially when you could interfere with another renters booking.
WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING BREAKS?
Accidents happen. If something does break within your rental period - please let me know immediately so I am able to assist clean up / make sure the next renter and their clients are safe. Depending on damages, Renter may be held liable to replace any item that is damaged. With this in mind, all renters within Studio Lavonne are required to have business insurance. If a renter does not have business insurance, please reach out to me prior to booking your rental to talk directly about options.
HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I HAVE WITHIN MY BOOKING?
No more than 8 people within your booking at a time. There is a conference table seated for 8 within the studio for your use. Please contact me with any requests for more than 8 people inside the studio at one time.
